Everyone's different, so there's no one-size answer. Once we've had a chance to talk through your history and what's been going on, I'll give you a clear and honest sense of what support might look like for you. We figure out the rest together — nothing is fixed in advance.

We'll spend the time building a full picture — your health history, what's been going on, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping for. I ask a lot of questions. The aim is to understand your situation properly before anything else.

Yes — it's a significant part of my practice. Whether you're in eating disorder recovery, caught in patterns you can't seem to shift, or simply exhausted by how much space food takes up, this is work I take seriously.

In Australia, all dietitians are qualified nutritionists — but the reverse isn't true. Nutritionist isn't a protected title, meaning anyone can use it regardless of training. Dietitians complete four to six years of university study.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice — 72 hours if your appointment is on a Monday. I know life doesn't always cooperate, but late cancellations and no-shows are charged at the full session fee, as that time has been set aside for you and can't be offered to someone else. Arriving more than 20 minutes late is treated as a no-show.

Sessions are privately billed and I'm not currently set up for health insurance rebates or Medicare. I know that's an important consideration for a lot of people — if you'd like to talk through fees before committing to anything, please just reach out.
